• Identity Verification: Crickax may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.
• Information Updates: If your personal information changes, please update your account immediately.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Crickax accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any other person.

Deposits and withdrawals on Crickax can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• When a self-exclusion request is activated at your own request

If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no rule violations have occurred, the valid balance will be refunded. If the account is closed due to fraud, the balance will be forfeited.
